- New application icon.
- Erase command now erases only the selection if there is an active selection, otherwise erases the whole screen.
- Now available in the Mac App Store in the Utilities category.
Bug fixes
- Fixed undo command when Tools palette is frontmost.
- Fixed jagged drawing with pen tool when set to large widths.
- Fixed selection area drawing becoming blurry when dragging the selection around.
- Fixed some problems/crashes when moving an Ultimate Pen preferences file created on a PowerPC-based Mac to an Intel-based Mac.

- Added a Scripts menu. You can add your own scripts to this menu, and give them keyboard shortcuts as well.
- Added a ‘select rectangle’ AppleScript command.
- Modified the Desktop Drawing mode slightly so it is possible to access your Finder icons when Ultimate Pen is not the active application.
