- When importing OFX data, use ACCTID field as the bank account name.

Enhancements
- Negative numbers in history list now display in white when selected for more contrast between the selection and the text.
- Changed the position and titles of some controls in the split transaction window to improve understanding of how it works.
- Unified Mac App Store and general public versions to use the same ID so preferences will work with either.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug that caused credit refunds to not be shown as balanced.
- Fixed bug in statistics graph maximum Y value in some cases.
- Fixed possible integrity error when deleting a split transaction with missing envelopes.

- Main window history area can now set a reminder when the total bank account is selected.
- Fixed bug that could cause all unassociated envelopes to be re-associated with an account.
