There are 5 reports: Statistics, Balance Sheet, Budget, Envelope Balances, and Tax.
To show the reports touch the Report toolbar button at the bottom of the screen. When the reports screen displays touch the report name button to select the report you want to see.
To show the reports touch the "Report" toolbar button on the right side of the center toolbar area, then touch the report name to select the report you want to see. Touch the "Transaction" toolbar button to the left of the "Report" button to redisplay the history and graph.
Note: Budget uses the last account and/or envelope you used as a default for the report if required.
iOS 4.2 or later: Touch the arrow button to print the report.
The Statistics report shows you the deposits, expenses, percentage of expenses to deposits, and last balance for each month for the current envelope or account for the date range selected. The most recent month is at the top of the list and the oldest is at the bottom.
The Balance Sheet report shows you the current balances of all your bank accounts and the total, the current balances of all your credit card accounts, and the total, and the grand total is the difference between the total of the bank accounts and the total of the credit card accounts.
The Budget Report shows you the amount budgeted on a monthly basis, the average amount deposited, and the average amount spent each month for each envelope for the date range selected.
The Balance report shows you the current balance in each envelope for each account.
The Tax report shows you the expenses and deposts for each transaction marked as a "tax item" for each envelope for the date range selected.
