Account and Envelope Options
Account Options
Display the accounts screen and touch the "Edit" button to put the screen into editing mode. Touch an account to begin editing it. Make any needed changes and then touch the "Save" button.
Touch the Info button (i) in the upper right of the account. Make the change and then touch the "Save" button.
Tap any row to begin editing the information in that row.
- Icon: Touch the icon field to bring up the icon picker. Choose the icon you want displayed on the account.
- Next Check #: Enter the number of the next check in your checkbook.
- Debit Is Default: When you create a transaction in a standard bank account a debit will be the default type instead of a check.
- Allow Neg. Balance: Set to ON to allow the account to have a negative balance.
- Neg. Balance Warning: Set to ON to get a warning when recording a transaction that would make the account have a negative balance.
- Suppress Available: Set to ON to suppress the automatic transfer from the available envelope. See Transactions for more details.
Pay Sources: Set up or record pay sources for your income. See

Envelope Options
Display the Envelope screen and touch the "Edit" button to put the screen into editing mode. Touch an envelope to begin editing it. Make the change and then touch the "Save" button.
Touch the Info button (i) in the upper right of the envelope. Make the change and then touch the "Save" button.
Tap any row to begin editing the information in that row.
- Icon: Touch the icon field to bring up the icon picker. Choose the icon you want displayed on the envelope.
- URL: You can enter a URL for accessing your bank's web site.
- Budgeted Amount: Set the amount you want to budget for this envelope.
- Budgeted Frequency: Set how often the expense is needed.
